At High Point Innovations, we believe that confidence starts before you even speak. It starts with how you show up.

Whether you're preparing for your first day, stepping into a leadership meeting, or representing our brand in the field, dressing with intention makes a difference. That’s why we’re breaking down two important dress codes you’ll hear around here: business professional and business casual.

Business Professional: Your Polished First Impression

Business professional is what you wear when making a strong and focused first impression. It’s clean, structured, and sets the tone that you’re here to take your role seriously.

For women, this includes tailored pants or skirts, a blouse with a blazer, and close-toed shoes. For men, it means dress pants, a button-up shirt, belt, blazer or suit jacket, and clean dress shoes.

This look is all about professionalism and confidence. It’s typically required for interviews, training sessions, and Day One introductions.

Business Casual: Comfortable Yet Sharp

Business casual gives you more flexibility while still keeping things sharp and respectful. You’ll wear this when heading into the promotional event or joining more casual company events. It’s smart, functional, and still aligned with how we lead.

For women, we recommend slacks or modest-length skirts, fitted blouses, or polos with clean sneakers. For men, dress pants or chinos, polos or button-down shirts, and clean comfortable shoes.

We ask that you avoid loud logos, branded T-shirts, open-toed shoes, or anything too relaxed. We don’t allow jeans in any setting. We want you to be comfortable but still reflect the professional culture we’ve built here.

Not Sure What to Wear? Watch These Examples

If you're still unsure, here are a few short videos that break it down clearly with examples for both men and women.

These quick visuals will give you the clarity and confidence you need to show up ready.
