No experience? No problem. We train from the ground up. We’re looking for people who are coachable, outgoing, and excited to learn. Everything else, we’ll teach you along the way.

Yes — 100%. We only partner with verified, mission-driven nonprofit organizations that align with our values and have a proven track record of impact. Our current main client, Stand for the Silent, is a well-established nonprofit based in Perkins, OK, focused on youth empowerment and anti-bullying education. We take pride in representing real causes that make a real difference — and we’re trusted because of the high standards we hold in our training, outreach, and community presence.

Start with a team huddle, head out to a local business or event space, set up your campaign table, and engage with the public. At the end of the day, we regroup, review wins, and prep for what’s next. ( we have pictures of our events and team members coming soon...)

Not exactly. We use proven sales tactics like face-to-face engagement and strategic conversations, but we’re fundraising and spreading awareness for nonprofit causes — not selling products. Our focus is impact.

Every day at High Point Innovations brings something new — and that’s what keeps things exciting. Here’s what a typical day looks like for our team:
Morning Kickoff
 We start with a quick team meeting to align on goals, share wins, and get motivated. It’s a great way to stay connected and set the tone for the day.
Head to Your Outreach Location
 Our teams head to local storefronts, businesses, or community spots where we’ve built partnerships. We set up outreach tables and prepare to engage with the public.
Create Real Connections
 Throughout the day, you’ll connect with people face-to-face, sharing the mission of our nonprofit clients and inviting them to support or get involved. It’s all about authentic, meaningful conversations.
End-of-Day Recap
 After wrapping up outreach, we regroup to go over results, highlight successes, and give feedback. It’s about learning, growing, and building each other up.
Team Fun
 We also believe in celebrating the wins. Two to three times a month, we host team nights — dinners, activities, and holiday parties — because strong culture makes everything better.
