Originally from Louisiana, now based in Tulsa, He brings grit, heart, and a proven track record of success to everything he does. With a calm, grounded approach, he teaches others how to stay level-headed under pressure—while never losing sight of their goals.

Starting as a Client Associate, Brittany quickly moved into recruiting, where she serves as the friendly first point of contact. She keeps the team connected and growing by managing interviews with care and efficiency.

At High Point Innovations, every team member starts from the ground up. Each person on our team has received hands-on training and mentorship, developing the skills and experience to excel in their current roles. What makes us unique is that those who were once mentees are now the mentors—passing on knowledge and supporting growth every step of the way.
